Service Center Associate

The Service Center Associate supports Xylem’s Treatment business by coordinating service activities, scheduling technicians for maintenance and repair works, and ensuring effective delivery of aftermarket services.

This role also provides administrative and sales support, including preparing service and parts quotations, maintaining service records, managing reports, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role:  

• Support our customers via phone and email

• Maintain and regularly update work registers and compliance registers

• Effectively schedule and monitor workflow tasks to ensure timely completion

• Generate and report on backlogs, as well as completed work tasks, to track progress

• Input purchase orders into the system

• Manage purchase orders from receipt through to delivery

• Provide order status updates and follow up on any delays

• Build and maintain long term relationships with customers

About you:

• 1+ years of comparable work experience preferred

• Customer service/sales support capacity

• Excellent problem solving and time management skills

• Well-developed computer skills Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

• Competency in using ERPs, CRM software desirable
