Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Consultant- NSW to join our dynamic team.

The BDC Consultantis the frontline of customer engagement, responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, booking appointments, and supporting the dealership’s sales and service teams. This role ensures every lead is handled promptly and professionally, driving customer satisfaction and dealership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and showroom leads with urgency and professionalism.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups for sales leads, service reminders, and customer retention campaigns.
• Schedule test drives, service appointments, and consultations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Support Sales Consultants and Service Advisors with qualified leads and smooth customer handovers.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in customer service, call centre, or sales support roles.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and CRM platforms.
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Results-driven with the ability to meet activity and conversion targets
