About the role
Here at Touchpoint we have decades of industry experience and our reputation precedes us as arguably the TOP contact centre on the GC. The modern office is located centrally in the vicinity of Robina Town Centre close to public transport and parking. You will be working alongside a happy friendly crew and supportive team leaders that are dedicated to ensuring your success.
We work with Australia's leading comparison service contacting Australians with private health insurance to set up an obligation free comparison. You will enjoy the fact you are genuinely helping people get the best advice from well trained experts. No appointment setting or selling, just a low key approach to gain a simple expression of interest…Easy lead generation
Will be a team player that is confident on the telephone
Will be highly motivated
Will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a great attitude
Will above all have a good work ethic [Reliability is key]
Monday to Friday [Optional Saturday shifts available]
Early or late shifts to suit everyone
