Position Description:

·         Positioning vehicles correctly for loading and unloading operations.

·         Using lifting and tipping equipment to load and unload cargo.

·         Following all safety procedures during loading and unloading activities.

·         Conducting routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

·         Calculating load weights to meet legal limits and distributing weight safely.

·         Securing and covering goods properly to avoid damage or loss.

·         Checking delivery paperwork, inspecting goods’ condition, and obtaining delivery confirmations.

To be considered for this role, you should:

·         A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC)driver's licence.

·         Demonstrated experience in the Road Transport industry

·         Minimum 1-2 years of road transport experience required

. MSIC Card Required.

·         Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and safe driving practices

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role

·         Valid work authorisation to work in Australia required

·         Successful completion of police check and medical clearance required

Annual Salary: AUD 80,000 - 85,000
