Support Officer (Internal only)

We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Safety Section. You manage correspondence, maintain confidential records, process workers compensation information, enter safety data and provide day to day support to safety and workers compensation programs. You also schedule employee health surveillance appointments, assist staff and managers with enquiries, and help keep safety management systems and documentation up to date.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the details right. You work across multiple tasks, from processing accounts and maintaining files to scanning records, updating documents and providing telephone support. Your work helps ensure important safety information is accurate, accessible and managed in a timely manner.
