About the role
As Practice Lead – Child & Family Care, you will provide strategic practice leadership across residential and outreach programs, ensuring services are child-centred, trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with legislative and quality standards.
Working closely with leaders and frontline teams, you will guide complex case management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen workforce capability, and champion the voices of children and young people in everything we do.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner and leader to make a genuine impact by enhancing service quality, supporting teams to excel, and delivering positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

This role works directly with young people and requires the employee to actively demonstrate child safe, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice through daily interactions, decision-making, supervision, and documentation.
The successful applicant must demonstrate a commitment to child safe values and immediately report any concerns regarding harm, unsafe practice, abuse, and neglect.
