Casual FOH / BOH Housekeeping Position

About the role

This hands-on role combines Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Housekeeping duties — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and delivers high standards in service, presentation, and guest care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth

• Provide table service, take orders, and deliver food and beverages

• Assist with bar service, coffee preparation, and wine service

• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment

• Manage bookings, process payments, and assist with events as required

• Wash dishes, clean kitchen areas, and maintain hygiene standards

• Assist with stock rotation and storage of deliveries

• Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and well-organised

• Breakfast service, guest check outs, general admin and email and phone responses

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities

About you

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate desirable

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Own transport
