About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Parts Interpreter with excellent customer service and strong sales experience who's as passionate about 4WDs as we are. You'll be helping customers (in-store, online, and via socials) with expert advice, managing orders and enquiries, and turning your product knowledge into sales. You must be self-motivated and keen to make the role your own!

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wangara, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm) — no weekends required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service (face-to-face, phone, email, and social media)

• Providing advice on the best parts, upgrades, and setups for customer vehicles

• Managing POS transactions and processing online orders

• Following up with suppliers on stock, backorders, and returns

• Assisting with inventory and product management

• Converting enquiries into loyal customers

• Supporting online sales through Shopify (or similar eCommerce platforms)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a customer service or retail sales role in automotive, lifestyle or 4WD-related industries

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience required

• Someone who picks up systems quickly — Shopify or similar platform experience is a big plus

• Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• A team player with a strong work ethic and "get-it-done" attitude

• A passion for 4WDs, camping, off-road travel and the outdoors

• Sound numeracy, literacy and computer skills

• A current C Class Driver's Licence and Police Clearance (within the past 6 months)
