We're Hiring: Café Manager (Daytime Hours Only)

-Location: Ecco - Westfield Marion
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about coffee, great food, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Café Manager to lead our vibrant team in a 7-day-a-week operation — all within daytime hours only.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Running the daily operations of a busy, well-loved café
-Leading and motivating a small, dedicated team
-Managing stock, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth service
-Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
-Overseeing rosters, training staff, and ensuring quality control

What We're Looking For:
-Previous hospitality or café management experience is a plus — but if you're a natural leader with a passion for people and food, we want to hear from you!
-Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, positive approach and ability to think on your feet
