The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding front-line customer service and administrative support to both our patients and our team. Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding front-line customer service and administrative support to patients and team members
• Support the smooth running of the practice
• Use Best Practice Medical Software and standard office software for daily operations
• Manage multitasking and prioritise tasks effectively
• Foster positive relationships within the practice and with patients

About you

• Demonstrated background working as a medical receptionist, with an understanding of the demands and expectations of the role
• Outstanding communication skills, showing a willingness to go above and beyond when supporting patients, healthcare providers, and fellow team members
• Warmth and empathy in interactions, fostering positive relationships within the practice and with patients
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities, including the capacity to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks
• Experience using Best Practice Medical Software, as well as proficiency with other standard office software required for daily operations
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and consistently upholding the values of the practice
