Eufy is the growth engine of our ANZ business, and we're building the team to match.About This RoleWe're hiring a GTM Manager to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the Eufy product line across Australia and New Zealand. You'll sit at the intersection of Shenzhen's product engine and ANZ's market execution — deciding what products launch, at what price, through which channels, and on what timeline.This is not a coordination role. You own the category P&L and make the calls that directly impact Eufy's revenue in ANZ.
What You'll DoOwn the full Go-to-Market strategy for Eufy across ANZ — smart home security, robot vacuums, and baby techDevelop end-to-end product launch plans: market research, channel strategy, pricing, and cross-channel executionAnalyze market and sales data to track category performance and optimize product-market fitPartner with Shenzhen product and R&D teams to translate ANZ consumer insights into product roadmap and feature prioritizationCollaborate with KAM, marketing, and retail teams to ensure channel readiness and promotional executionTrack the competitive landscape — Ring, Arlo, Swann, Dyson, iRobot, CuboAi, Nanit — and build differentiation strategiesOwn Eufy category P&L: pricing, promotion, channel mix, and margin managementDrive sales forecasting accuracy and inventory planning with supply chain and sales teams
What We're Looking For5+ years of GTM, product marketing, or category management experience — consumer electronics, smart home, or IoT preferredProven track record of launching new products in the Australian and/or New Zealand marketStrong data analysis and P&L management capabilityExperience working across China + ANZ teams — comfortable in a cross-timezone environmentChinese + English bilingual required (both are working languages)Familiarity with Australian retail (JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Bunnings) is a strong plusSmart home / security / robotics / consumer IoT experience is a plusValid work authorization in Australia or eligibility for intra-company transfer
