This opportunity will manage a dual caseload of NDIS and Occupational Rehabilitation services, so if you are wanting variety, this is the role for you!

Key areas of the role are:

• Complete a variety of assessments, FCA, ADL, workplace, ergonomic covering the 2 health streams
• Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
• Manage return to work care plans as a key worker between insurers, employers, the injured worker and care team
• Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans

The successful candidate will have

• Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
• Some experience in either NDIS or Occ Rehab and wanting variety 
• Strong passion for supporting both NDIS participants and someone's return to work journey

Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$105k + super + bonus. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance, plus your choice of full time or part time.
