About the role

Join the dynamic team at 3D STONE' as a full-time Machine Operator in our production facility located in Willawong, Queensland. As an integral member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our innovative stone products.

This is a day shift only position.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain a range of specialised machinery and equipment to cut, shape, and finish stone products to precise specifications

• Monitor production processes, identify and resolve any issues or quality concerns

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance

• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and best practices

• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing or production role

• 1-2 years of machine operator experience is required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools, as well as specialised machinery

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality output

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
