Admin Assistant

Our Brave Logistics Distribution Centre is looking for a hardworking and motivated Admin Assistant to assist with the daily operation of the warehouse’s Customer Service department.

The role will be responsible for:

• Facilitate requests via phone call and email from internal and external parties

• Manage claims from external parties, tack and report statistics on claims using existing process as well as self-brought process enhancements

• Schedule and plan information that is provided from internal team members

• Handle booking enquiries for inbound deliveries

• General office and customer service administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a customer service / admin focused role within a warehousing and logistics environment 

• Excellent customer service & problem solving skills

• The ability to work autonomously and use initiative when completed tasks

• Intermediate level of computer and office administration skills
