We are currently seeking applications to join our Western Australian Operations, working on an 8/6 Roster.

Responsibilities:

• Train and assess Byrnecut employees and associated personnel to comply with the requirements of the Project Safety / Environmental Management Plan and organisational policies and procedures

• Assist in the development of the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees and associated personnel in accordance with organisational policies and procedures

• Complete safety and competency assessment documentation and records in accordance with the requirements of the INX Safety Management System

• Adhere to the requirements of the Project Safety / Environmental Management Plan and actively promote and maintain a positive safety culture and continuous safety improvement at site

• Actively participate in risk assessments and site-specific procedures development as required by the Project Manager

• Consistently promote organisational policies, procedures and objectives to site employees and associated personnel as required

• Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment that empowers every participant.

Requirements:

• Current C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

• Relevant Maintenance Trade Qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mobile maintenance, heavy diesel, or mechanical fitting within a mining environment.

• Experience in an underground maintenance environment is preferred but not essential

• Strong understanding of maintenance systems, isolation procedures, and mobile equipment operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer proficiency in training systems, databases, and Microsoft applications.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
