We are currently seeking applications to join our Western Australian Operations, working on an 8/6 Roster.

Responsibilities:
Train and assess Byrnecut employees and associated personnel to comply with the requirements of the Project Safety / Environmental Management Plan and organisational policies and procedures
Assist in the development of the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees and associated personnel in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
Complete safety and competency assessment documentation and records in accordance with the requirements of the INX Safety Management System
Adhere to the requirements of the Project Safety / Environmental Management Plan and actively promote and maintain a positive safety culture and continuous safety improvement at site
Actively participate in risk assessments and site-specific procedures development as required by the Project Manager
Consistently promote organisational policies, procedures and objectives to site employees and associated personnel as required
Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment that empowers every participant.
Requirements:
Current C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Relevant Maintenance Trade Qualification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mobile maintenance, heavy diesel, or mechanical fitting within a mining environment.
Experience in an underground maintenance environment is preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of maintenance systems, isolation procedures, and mobile equipment operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency in training systems, databases, and Microsoft applications.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
