Patient Liaison Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Patient Liaison Assistant to be the welcoming face of both our Nedlands and Murdoch clinics. This role will play a key part in ensuring every patient receives a seamless, positive and welcoming experience throughout their journey with us.

Position is Full Time (5 days per week).

No Weekend work.

About the role:            
You will be the face of Perth Urology Clinic.  As such, your role will cover a variety of reception duties including all aspects of communicating with patients, booking appointments, attending to incoming telephone calls and queries, incoming emails, checking patient information and referrals and maintaining a smooth running and efficient practice.          

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in medical reception, particularly within a specialist practice, preferred

• A proactive, self-starter who demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic

• Experience with Genie (or similar medical practice software) would be advantageous

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a professional phone manner and impeccable personal presentation

• Possess an outgoing, friendly and polite demeanour

• Computer proficiency with a strong aptitude for utilising computer skills effectively

Training will be available to the successful applicant; however, we are looking for an applicant who has the majority of the above skills.
