About the role
Seimosei Australia is looking for an experienced NDIS professional to join our supportive and collaborative team in the newly created role of Compliance & Growth Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong NDIS knowledge who wants to have genuine influence within an established provider. You'll have the autonomy to bring your experience, ideas and recommendations to the table, helping us maintain exceptional compliance standards while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
Your role will have two key areas of focus — Compliance & Growth.
You'll take ownership of our NDIS compliance function, ensuring Seimosei remains compliant and audit-ready. This includes maintaining quality and compliance systems, registers and evidence, monitoring organisational and employee compliance, coordinating audit requirements and keeping us across changes within the NDIS regulatory environment.
But we're looking for more than someone who can administer compliance.
We want someone with enough NDIS experience to confidently help us understand what requirements mean in practice, where our risks or gaps may be, and how we can improve. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide practical guidance and recommendations that strengthen quality and compliance across the organisation.
You'll also play an active role in driving growth of Seimosei's NDIS services — identifying new opportunities, developing referral pathways, building relationships and networks across the sector, and helping turn opportunities into sustainable growth.
We’re looking for someone with strong NDIS knowledge and practical sector experience who is ready to use that experience in a broader role across compliance, quality and growth.
You’ll ideally bring:
Strong experience working within the NDIS sector
A sound understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, quality and compliance requirements
Practical knowledge of how NDIS requirements translate into everyday service delivery
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage compliance systems and administration
Confidence identifying gaps, risks and opportunities and recommending practical solutions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Initiative, curiosity and the confidence to bring forward ideas and recommendations
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities
An interest in building relationships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth
Looking for a career change within the NDIS?
You don’t need to currently work in a dedicated compliance role. We welcome applications from experienced Support Coordinators, NDIS service delivery or operations professionals, Practice Leads, quality professionals, or people in other NDIS roles who are looking to take their experience in a new direction.
If you understand the NDIS, know what good practice looks like and are interested in developing your experience across compliance, quality and growth, we’d love to hear from you.
Direct experience with NDIS audits, compliance systems, quality management, referrals or business development will be highly regarded.
At the heart of Seimosei is our people. We are proud of the supportive, collaborative culture we have built and the strong relationships our team has with people. We believe great services come from great people who feel trusted, supported and empowered to do their best work.
As we enter our next stage of growth, our focus is on continuing to strengthen our quality and compliance, building on what we do well, and growing sustainably within the NDIS sector.
We are a close-knit team where ideas are welcomed, initiative is encouraged and people have the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to how our organisation develops.
Purpose-Driven. People-Focused. Team-Powered.
