About the RoleThis role is for an experienced NDIS professional who is passionate about lifting the standard of NDIS providers and is excited by the idea of helping many businesses - not just one - operate safely, compliantly, and with confidence.
You’ll work hands-on with NDIS providers across Australia, supporting them through registration, certification, audits, mid-terms, renewals, and ongoing compliance. You’ll be trusted as the compliance authority for your clients, translating the NDIS Practice Standards into practical, real-world actions that stand up to audit scrutiny.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked as an NDIS auditor or held a senior compliance or operational role within a registered NDIS provider, and who is now ready to apply that experience at scale inside a market-leading consultancy with the strongest reputation, products, and delivery standards in the sector.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForOwning service delivery for a portfolio of NDIS providers across different stages of their compliance lifecycle
Supporting providers through NDIS registration, certification, mid-term audits, renewals, and ongoing compliance
Translating NDIS Practice Standards into clear, practical actions for providers
Reviewing, implementing, and refining policies, procedures, and evidence
Preparing providers for audits and supporting them through audit processes
Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted compliance authority for your clients
Managing multiple providers concurrently while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy
Working closely with the wider delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has worked as an NDIS auditor, or in a senior compliance, quality, or operational role within a registered NDIS provider
Has deep, practical knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and audit expectations
Enjoys working with systems, processes, and structured ways of delivering work, and takes pride in doing things properly
Is comfortable with technology, able to work across multiple platforms, and confident using digital systems to manage documentation, evidence, and client work
Enjoys problem-solving and translating complex compliance requirements into clear, practical actions for providers
Brings high personal standards, strong attention to detail, and a genuine sense of responsibility for client outcomes
Genuinely enjoys working closely with businesses, building relationships, and seeing providers succeed, mature, and thrive over time
Is proactive, self-managed, and motivated by delivering consistently high-quality work as part of a team
$80,000 – $95,000 + super, depending on experience and capability
Work as part of an experienced, highly supported delivery team, alongside peers who deeply understand NDIS compliance, audits, and provider operations
