McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

Regular mowing of all grassed areasRegular precise spraying of areas to control vegetationEstablishing new plants and maintaining existing garden beds and treesInstalling and maintaining irrigation systemsMaintaining of equipment and vehiclesOperating machinery (where appropriately licenced)Assisting with pest control and livestock movement as required

What You’ll Bring

Current valid drivers’ licenceExperience in grass slashing and general property maintenanceHR licence and tractor experience desirable but not essentialAgricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) ticket desirable but not essentialBe prepared to work as part of a team but be able to work autonomously when requiredStrong inter-personal skills, able to work co-operatively with internal and external contactsWillingness to adhere to all health and safety, biosecurity and operational requirementsMust be reliable, punctual, and motivated
