General Manager - Darwin

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead an established industrial products and field-services business in Darwin.

Reporting directly to the owner, this is a hands-on senior leadership role with full responsibility for the performance of the business, including sales, operations, people, safety, customer service and financial results. The business services customers across mining, construction, civil infrastructure, transport, defence, power generation and heavy industry throughout the Northern Territory.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial and P&L capability, senior operational leadership experience, and a proven ability to lead teams, grow revenue and improve business performance.

The role offers genuine autonomy, direct access to the owner, an established operating platform, an attractive executive remuneration package and performance-based incentives. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity over time to take an ownership interest in the business, creating a genuine pathway from operator to owner.
