This is an opportunity to develop into a future Site Manager or Project Manager while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role that provides exposure to every stage of the construction process—from factory production and logistics through to onsite installation, practical completion and client handover.Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to build valuable experience across modular construction while developing your technical, organisational and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality.Maintain site documentation, daily reports and progress records.Assist with defect management, Practical Completion (PC) and Occupancy Permit (OP) preparation.Coordinate materials, warehouse logistics and site equipment.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.Build positive relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.About YouEssentialWhite CardCurrent Australian Driver LicenceFull Australian Working RightsStrong communication and organisational skillsPositive attitude, reliable and willing to learnPreferredResidential construction or site experienceAbility to read construction drawingsKnowledge of NCC and Australian StandardsExperience with Microsoft Office (Buildertrend or Procore is a bonus)What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate with ongoing performance reviewsOpportunity to transition to full-time after probationClear career pathway to Site Manager and Project ManagerTraining and mentoring from experienced construction professionalsHands-on experience across both factory manufacturing and onsite constructionSupportive team culture with genuine long-term career opportunitiesIf you're passionate about construction and want to grow with one of Victoria's emerging modular building companies, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now by submitting your Resume (CV).
