Qualified Sous CHEF

Are you a passionate and skilled chef looking to take the next step in your culinary career? The Glenroy Hotel, a thriving pub located in Sydney, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

• Prepare and present high-quality pub meals

• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance

• Contribute to menu development and specials

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock control 

About You:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and a passion for quality food

• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred 

Salary:

$79,500 – $82,500 per annum (plus superannuation)
