Devilee's Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer / Technician to join our Riverland team.

Whether you're a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician or an experienced installer who's built your skills on the tools, we'd love to hear from you.

What matters most is that you're confident leading installation projects, producing quality work and mentoring less experienced team members.

About the Role

This isn't a helper's role.

We're looking for someone who can confidently lead residential and commercial installation projects, work independently when required, and provide guidance to less experienced installers.

You'll primarily install:

• Split systems

• Ducted air conditioning systems

• Commercial HVAC equipment

If you also have service experience, that's a bonus—but it's not essential.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience installing residential and commercial air conditioning systems

• The confidence to lead installation jobs and problem-solve on site

• A strong commitment to quality workmanship

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A current driver's licence

Trade qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Services are highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced installers with the right skills and attitude.
