We specialise in fencing, balustrading, louvre and privacy screens, frameless glass, and automated gate systems.

We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Clerk with a positive, can-do attitude to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a stable and supportive business.

• Accounts receivable, invoicing, and following up overdue accounts

• Processing supplier invoices and bills in a timely manner

• Matching, batching, and coding invoices

• Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations

• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

• Supporting bank and credit card reconciliations

• General administrative duties, including taking customer orders

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and payable

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

• Reliable, professional, and a team player

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Good organisational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB

• Immediate start
