State Sales Manager ? NSW & ACT

The Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Sales and Marketing for Australia, you will drive revenue, profitability and market share across NSW and ACT.

Leading the sales team, you will work closely with key customers, dealers, wholesalers, contractors, builders and strategic partners to grow Seeley International?s HVAC categories, including Ducted Gas Heating, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and Evaporative Cooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue, gross margin and market share across NSW and ACT.
• Drive growth across Ducted Gas Heating (DGH), Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and Evaporative Cooling product categories.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase DGH sales and market penetration across NSW and ACT.
• Identify opportunities to grow DGH sales through existing and new dealers, wholesalers, contractors, builders and installers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the residential HVAC market.
• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customer accounts and strategic partners.
• Develop and implement state sales and customer business plans aligned with national sales strategies.
• Grow and strengthen Seeley International's dealer, wholesaler and distribution network.
•  Work with customers to identify opportunities to increase the specification, promotion and sale of Braemar Ducted Gas Heating and associated HVAC solutions.
• Manage pricing, promotional activity and sales expenditure to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.
•  Monitor competitor activity, pricing, market trends and changes within the NSW & ACT heating and cooling markets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting by customer, territory and key product category.
•  Work collaboratively with Marketing, Technical, Service, Warranty, Operations and Finance to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Support the successful introduction and commercialization of new products and product enhancements.
• Provide customer and market feedback to assist with future product development and sales strategy.

About You

Ideally, you will bring:

• Demonstrated sales management or senior business development experience within the HVAC, air-conditioning, heating or related technical industry.
• Strong understanding of the NSW and/or ACT HVAC market.
•  Practical working knowledge of Ducted Gas Heating, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and Evaporative Cooling systems.
• Experience selling HVAC solutions through dealers, wholesalers, contractors, builders and/or installer networks.
• Proven ability to grow established product categories while identifying opportunities to develop new markets and customers.
• Proven success in achieving sales revenue, gross margin and market share targets.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, sales forecasting and customer profitability.
• Experience managing and developing key customer accounts.
