Your Role in the Adventure

As a 4x4 Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring a seamless customer experience both in the store and the workshop. Your responsibilities will include customer service, booking workshop jobs, maintaining the showroom, and collaborating with the team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right 4WD products.

• Handle inquiries, process payments, and resolve issues professionally.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and manage warranty/fitment concerns.

Workshop Coordination:

• Schedule vehicle installations, maintain the booking system, and ensure all parts are ready for each job.

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality and timely job completion.

Showroom Maintenance:

• Ensure the showroom is clean and organised and showcases products effectively.

• Perform regular stock takes and update product displays to maintain a fresh and engaging atmosphere.

Team Support & Growth:

• Build strong relationships with local car dealers and fleet companies to expand the retail network.

• Participate in open days and promotional events.

• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and administrative tasks.
   

Health & Safety:

• Follow safety procedures and use PPE on-site.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, ensuring your own safety and that of others.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude.

• Knowledge of 4WD products and fitment is highly desirable but not essential.

• Basic computer skills for managing bookings and sales orders.
