Contract Part Time Payroll and Bookkeeping

Who you'll be working with:

Global Power Services is Malaga WA based construction company specialised in a number of key high voltage and associated disciplines including substation civil and structural services, primary electrical construction.  We have undertaken works across Australia, from capital cities and confined work spaces to remote rural areas with unique logistical issues.

We are currently looking for experienced personnel to join our team:

Payroll Officer/ Bookkeeper

• Ideally 2 years relevant work experience

• Excellent organisational skills are a must.

• Experience with MYOB is a Must

• Hold a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills.

• We have 35 Employees most have been with us for many years.

• Payroll is to be completed onsite at our Malaga office fortnightly.

• Have strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with our staff and contractors.

Responsibilities include downloading the time sheets from our Timesheet System DEPUTY, performing Payroll, reporting to ATO, Submitting the BAS and assisting in EOFY accounting. Maintaining compliance with Record keeping requirements.

This role does not require accounts payable.

We are looking for a Contractor or Part time employee to complete the payroll across 2 days a fortnight.

Remuneration negotiable and dependent on skills and experience and the position offered.
