Toddler Town Day Care Pty Ltd We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Early Childhood (Pre Primary-School) Teacher to join our team at Toddler Town Day Care Pty Ltd T/A Toddler Town Day Care Loganlea located at 1/5 Sarah St, Loganlea QLD 4131.

Known for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care services, we are committed to supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging educational programs and a safe, nurturing learning environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: Planning and structuring learning in both indoor and outdoor environments using a variety of materials and equipment to facilitate students' development Providing a variety of experiences and activities to develop motor skills, cooperative social skills, confidence and understanding Promoting language development through storytelling, role play, songs, rhymes and informal discussions held individually and within groups Observing students to evaluate progress and to detect signs of ill health, emotional disturbance and other disabilities Observing nutritional health, welfare and safety needs of students and identifying factors which may impede students' progress Discussing students' progress with parents Attending parent interviews, and staff and committee meetings Participating in community and family support programs as appropriate Supervising student teachers on placement   Skills and Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in early childhood education or a similar teaching role. Strong knowledge of early childhood learning and development principles.

 Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs. Ability to observe, assess, and document children's learning and developmental progress.

Strong classroom management and child supervision skills. Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and other staff members. Knowledge of relevant early childhood education frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
