You will be a key player in ensuring every guest's stay is seamless and memorable.

You will help make every guest stay smooth, welcoming and memorable.

• Welcome guests and provide front desk support

• Manage bookings, payments and guest enquiries

• Answer phone calls and emails promptly

• Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism

• Promote park activities and accommodation options
  

You enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment.

• Strong customer service skills

• Clear communication and a positive attitude

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence using booking systems and computers

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and Australian work rights
