Delivery Coordinator

Our services include large-scale electrical design and construction; sub-stations, relocating existing electricity network assets; connecting new developments; embedded networks; communication networks; street lighting; and the supply of transformers.

Position Purpose

Primary point of equipment sales customer contact for post-order; scheduling deliveries and ensuring system accuracy.

Key Accountabilities

• Call or email customers confirming when they would like orders delivered or collected
• Schedule deliveries for one delivery truck and book ad hoc couriers to complete deliveries
• Create delivery notes ensuring details are accurate
• Enter completed deliveries into Microsoft Dynamics 365 and reschedule deliveries with customers whose deliveries or collections were not completed
• Attend daily pre-start discussions and participate in process improvement
• Create quotes and orders in Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Provide first line support to customers regarding product enquiries
• Participate in stock counts
• Enter transactional data into SAP

About You

You are a proactive problem solver with the ability to analyse issues, identify practical solutions and make sound decisions. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
