Junior Administrator - Goldfields

About the Role:

Due to rapid growth, our Goldfields Ancillary Division is currently seeking a Junior Administrator to join our expanding team, based at our Applecross head office. Playing an integral part, you will be responsible for the mobilization of personnel to various mine sites and locations across Western Australia and supporting the Divisional Coordinators with day-to-day operational administration duties. 

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Site mobilisation of personnel 

• Booking and managing employee flights and accommodation 

• Organising relevant training, site-specific inductions, PPE and medical requirements

• Monitoring of employee licenses/tickets and maintaining training matrix

• Timesheet and payroll reconciliation

• Creation and reconciliation of monthly invoices

• Maintain high level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Role Criteria:

• Good attention to detail with written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills

• Confidence & maturity to liaise professionally with staff, management, clients & customers

• Good organizational & time management skills

• Friendly & helpful work ethic with a positive outlook

• Ability to multi-task & set priorities

• Intermediate Microsoft office skills

• Must have a valid Australian Drivers License

• Full Australian Working rights
