The role

Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, this full-time Pastry Sous Chef will play a pivotal role in leading pastry operations, driving menu innovation, and ensuring every dessert reflects the quality, creativity, and precision expected in a world-class environment.
 

• Lead the pastry kitchen team, inspiring high performance and positive culture

• Create and execute innovative, visually stunning dessert menus

• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timing during

• Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to elevate the offering

• Maintain strong operational control, including stock, labour, and prep efficiency

• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.

About you

• Qualified Pastry Chef with proven experience at Sous Chef or senior level

• A strong creative portfolio showcasing modern techniques and design

• Experience in premium, high-volume, or fine dining environments

• Passion for innovation, trends, and excellence in presentation

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Formal qualification in Patisserie
