CBRE is looking for a Senior Precinct Manager to take full ownership of a precinct of premium A-grade commercial assets in Melbourne CBD, managed on behalf of Charter Hall. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is ready to own the whole picture across a multi-asset CBD precinct: the client, the team, the buildings, and the operational standard.

Roles at this level don't come up often. If you are currently operating as a Senior Facilities Manager or Precinct Manager on a quality commercial asset, and you are ready to step into full precinct accountability with a team behind you and one of Australia's most respected institutional landlords in front of you, this is the role.

This role is perfect for a Senior FM professional or experienced Precinct Manager ready to lead at the highest level of the market.

In This Role, You Will

Hold full precinct accountability across a portfolio of premium A-grade Charter Hall assets in Melbourne CBD, setting the operational standard across every dimension of the precinctLead, develop and hold accountable a high-performing on-site team, building a team culture that reflects the quality of the portfolioOwn the client relationship with Charter Hall, providing confident, strategic advice and building the kind of trusted partnership that makes a long-term account thriveOversee the full FM regime across the precinct including essential services compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, and contractor performance and accountability across the supply chainManage budgets, contracts, capital works, and lifecycle planning at precinct levelBe the escalation point and decision-maker on-site, operating with the autonomy and accountability the role demands

About You

You are already operating at a senior level on a quality commercial precinct. You know how to lead people, hold a demanding client relationship, and run a building with precision. You do not need to be told what good looks like because you have been setting that standard. What you are looking for is a bigger stage.

Proven experience in a Senior FM or Precinct Manager role on premium commercial towers, base building modelDemonstrated people leadership capability with experience managing and developing a direct teamStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at institutional-client levelSolid technical FM foundations across essential services, compliance, contractor management, and capital worksExperience managing budgets, lifecycle plans, and capital expenditure at precinct or multi-asset level
