About the Role

You will play an important role in connecting clients with premium property opportunities across Australia. You will be responsible for managing buyer enquiries, building strong client relationships, and delivering a professional and personalised customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to buyer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Conduct client consultations and present suitable property opportunities

• Assist purchasers throughout the property sales journey

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives

• Develop strong knowledge of Melbourne's residential property market

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Fluent English communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Professional presentation and communication style

• Positive attitude with strong motivation to learn and grow

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Valid Australian work rights

Preferred but Not Essential

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate

• Exposure to off-the-plan or residential property sales

• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain one
