TerryWhite Chemmart | Brand-New Greenfield Pharmacy

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Manager to take a key leadership role in a brand-new Flagship TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy in a state of art shopping centre.

This opportunity would suit someone with strong community pharmacy experience, ideally within TerryWhite Chemmart or another major pharmacy banner, who understands how a high-performing modern pharmacy should operate and grow.

The role

You will work closely with the pharmacy leadership team to:

• Lead, motivate and develop the retail team

• Drive strong retail standards, merchandising and promotional execution

• Help establish systems and processes within a modern pharmacy environment

• Work confidently with ESL, digital retail systems and pharmacy automation

• Build relationships with local doctors, healthcare providers and centre management

• Drive local marketing initiatives and actively support the pharmacy’s social media presence

• Create engaging local content and help promote the pharmacy within the community

• Help grow the pharmacy and establish a strong local presence

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong community pharmacy experience

• Senior pharmacy assistant, retail management or leadership experience

• TerryWhite Chemmart experience highly regarded

• Experience in a large, modern or flagship-style pharmacy

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good commercial and merchandising knowledge

• Confidence with social media, local marketing and community engagement

• Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and centre management

• Initiative, energy and a genuine desire to help grow a new pharmacy

What we offer

• Salary up to $100,000 per annum for the right candidate

• Full-time or flexible working arrangements

• School hours such as 9:00am–3:30pm can be accommodated
