Yoga Instructor

At FIT we deliver more than just workouts - we create luxury wellness experiences that empower our members to look, move, and feel their best. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga teacher with a minimum of 500 hours of formal yoga training. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of intelligent, safe sequencing, a strong grounding in yoga philosophy, and the confidence to lead both regular classes and specialty workshops to create truly world class fitness experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Class Delivery

* Teach dynamic and engaging Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes suitable for a range of experience levels

* Create intelligent, safe, and purposeful class sequences grounded in anatomical and philosophical understanding

* Integrate yoga philosophy meaningfully into classes

* Offer modifications and adjustments to suit individual student needs and injuries

* Build rapport with students and contribute to a strong, supportive community atmosphere

* Design and facilitate workshops and special events as needed

* Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming studio environment

* Be a collaborative and professional team member, open to feedback and growth

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* Minimum 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from a recognized yoga school

* Strong understanding of functional anatomy, safe sequencing, and injury prevention

* Deep knowledge of yoga philosophy (e.g., Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, etc.)

* Experience teaching both Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles

* Ability to plan and deliver workshops or special events

* Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, grounded teaching presence

* Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
