Kinship Café, nestled right on the stunning Currumbin Beach, is seeking both full-time & part-time experienced Breakfast Chefs to join our tight-knit team!

The role will include:

• Provide quality dishes which have been prepared, cooked and presented in accordance with Australian Food Safety Standards within the appropriate time frames required.

• All aspects of food preparation.

• Ensure workstations and areas are kept clean at all times.

• Pack away and rotate stock.

• Daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries.

• Available to work weekends and public holidays

The successful applicants will be reliable, be energetic, have a 'can do' attitude, keen to join an amazing and fun team and can keep a smile on their face while working at a fast pace. 

At least 2+ years in a high volume kitchen operation as a Breakfast Chef will be a major advantage to your application. Only long term applicants will be considered (no working holiday visas).

As a Chef/Cook here with us at the Kinship it is a requirement to ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen, adherence to all policies and procedures ensuring the highest standards are maintained to provide members and guests with consistent service quality, with emphasis on customer service, food quality, presentation, health, hygiene, sanitation and safety.
