In the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, Supernormal is a multi-award-winning venue and the brainchild of critically acclaimed Australian restaurateur, Andrew McConnell. Supernormal’s menu reflects McConnell’s five-year stretch heading up kitchens in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and deftly combines elements of Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine with the best in seasonal local produce.

Our bar team is professional, fast-paced and excited. This is not a ‘hands-off’ bar job. You’ll have regular training sessions, in-situ learning and regular opportunities and encouragement to help shape our wide-ranging beverage program and bar team! You’ll be working alongside chefs, sommeliers and bartenders of various skill levels in an energetic environment with a lot of moving parts. This often means each shift is very different, and requires flexibility without ego. Employment is offered on a casual basis, with flexibility for the right candidate.
