Sales Estimator

Award-winning residential developments where architects and builders set a high bar, and we meet it.We are a small, experienced team based in Surry Hills, and we are looking for a Sales Estimator who can contribute meaningfully to our sales and estimating process from day one. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our delivery team, turning complex briefs into compelling, accurate proposals. Success looks like winning quality projects, building strong client relationships, and helping grow a pipeline we are proud of.ResponsibilitiesEngage with builders, architects, designers, and end-users to understand project requirements and develop tailored proposalsPrepare detailed estimates and pricing for high-specification timber flooring, staircases, decking, and wall and ceiling linings from architectural drawings and specificationsConduct plan take-offs and complete commercial pricing accurately and efficientlySupport the full tendering process from initial feasibility through to submissionManage and maintain the team's sales pipeline in SalesforceLiaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain up-to-date product and cost databasesCollaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to deliveryQualificationsBackground in timber flooring, construction, building products, interiors, fit-out, joinery, or architectural productsConfident plan reading and take-off skillsStrong client communication skills, with the ability to follow up and closeExperience with Salesforce, Groundplan, or Google Workspace is an advantageComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on offer: $85,000–$100,000 | Structured onboarding | One WFH day per week once established | Direct access to Directors and Sales Manager | Genuine career progression.Surry Hills office, walking distance to Central.Reach out to Andrea or Deborah directly, or apply via the link below.
