Sales and Estimator

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a full-time, hands on role working closely with customers and internal teams to provide quotations, process orders and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face interactions

• Project take-offs and material calculations

• Preparing and managing quotes and issuing invoices

• Provide advice on FRP products and solutions

• Follow up sales opportunities

• Ensuring monthly sales targets are met

• Ability to work cohesively within the team and management

About you

• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal communication

• Ability to read drawings and estimate material quantities from the drawings

• Competent level of mathematics. Ability to calculate areas, lengths and weights of material required

• High level of computer literacy including excel

• Effective problem-solving skills to ensure effective outcomes

• Ability to work in a team environment
