About the Role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales and installation teams.

This is an office-based role that plays a key part in keeping our sales enquiries and installation workflow running smoothly. You’ll manage incoming enquiries, support the quoting process, coordinate installations, and ensure customers receive clear communication and a high level of service from start to finish.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple jobs at once. Experience in a trade or service-based environment will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online forms

• Coordinate and schedule site visits, quotes, and installation jobs

• Support the quoting process and follow up to convert work

• Act as the key link between customers, sales, and technicians

• Ensure jobs are fully prepared prior to installation (materials, details, access)

• Monitor job progress and keep customers and internal teams updated

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and assist with invoicing and general admin

About You

You will ideally have:

• Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service

• Experience in a trade, construction, or service-based business (highly regarded)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and professional communication skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well with a team

Systems & Technology

• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly advantageous)

• Ability to manage pipelines and maintain accurate customer records

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
