About the Position

Join our Tourist Parks team and be the friendly face of our coastal accommodation facilities.

As a Guest Relations Officer, you’ll provide welcoming, professional service to guests in person and over the phone. You’ll manage bookings, check-ins and check-outs, respond to enquiries and help guests make the most of their stay.

You’ll also work closely with our park teams to support smooth day-to-day operations and ensure our facilities and reception areas are welcoming and well presented.

This role includes regular rostered evening, weekend and public holiday work.

About You

You’re friendly, organised and genuinely enjoy helping people. You’ll bring:

• Experience in customer service, reception, tourism, hospitality or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using computer-based booking and administration systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and commitment to teamwork.

Knowledge of South Australian tourism, relevant qualifications or government experience will be highly regarded.

Key Selection Criteria:

1. Previous experience in a customer service focused position.
2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Ability to navigate computer booking systems administration systems.
4. Ability to solve problems and deal with customer requests and requirements.
