O’Connors is a leading force in Australian agriculture, supporting farmers with premium machinery, precision ag technology and aftersales service for over 60 years.We’re now looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham and Warracknabeal dealerships and drive the continued growth of our aftersales operations.
About the RoleAs Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the dealerships Parts, Service and Administration functions, leading a team to deliver strong commercial results, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.
You’ll play a key leadership role in:Driving branch performance and achieving KPI and budget targetsLeading, developing and engaging your teamStrengthening customer relationships and growing the client basePromoting the business through local events, field days and community engagement
