About the role:   

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will assist our Business Services department doing entries monthly into spreadsheets and online systems. This is a full-time position at our Head Office, located in Springfield. Initially office based whilst training however once established there is opportunity to work in a hybrid WFH capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate invoices/ credit notes for customers

• Collect customer payments

• Process customer receipts daily

• Collaborate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any issues

• Track budget revenue forecast

• Process new customer credit applications according to company process

• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team

Key requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role

• High volume data entry and invoicing experience

• General knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience with the Microsoft Suite and NetSuite (desired)

• High volume attention to detail

• Proven rights to work in Australia

• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check

• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical check
