Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Playground Surfacing Project Coordinator to manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of playground surfacing projects in Victoria. This role ensures that all projects meet safety, quality, and Playground standards while being completed on time and within budget.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will oversee all stages of playground surfacing projects, from initial client discussions to final inspections throughout Victoria. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, dispatch of product, warranty repair work, training of new subcontractors growing install teams. Potential interstate travel to support Install Crews, compliance monitoring, and hand over with clients.

Key Responsibilities

●      Plan and coordinate playground surfacing projects from initiation to completion

●      Liaise with clients, installation teams to maintain project timelines

●      Organise and Liaise with warehouse for product dispatch and deliveries

●      Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and safety regulations

●      Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation

●      Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery

●      Hands on Approach with installers to help with installs when required

Required Skills and Experience

●      Proven experience in project coordination or site management (Playground, construction or landscaping preferred)

●      Strong organisational and time management skills

●      Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

●      Knowledge of playground safety standards requirements (advantageous)

●      Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

●      Visiting sites to monitor progress and solve problems before they become roadblocks

●      A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail

●      On tools experience in Landscaping or other construction
