About the role

Commercial Aquatics Australia (CAA) is one of Australia's largest and most experienced commercial pool companies, delivering innovative aquatic projects across Western Australia. From aquatic centres and schools to luxury resorts, hospitals and high-rise developments, we design, build, renovate and maintain world-class aquatic facilities.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Balcatta team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating commercial construction projects from award through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, project teams and leading builders across WA.
What You'll Do
Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Manage project administration, documentation and reporting.
Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement.
Monitor project programs, costs, forecasts, claims and variations.
Attend client, subcontractor and project meetings.
Support contract compliance, approvals and certification processes.
Maintain project records, warranties, manuals and handover documentation.
Promote strong communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and safe work practices.
About You
You will ideally have experience in commercial construction, either as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
You'll also bring:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Contract administration and commercial awareness.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with construction software such as Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines are desirable but not essential.
