We work in the markets that are actually moving: AI, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, DevOps, Identity, FinTech, HR Tech and more. Now we need a Conference Producer who can take a portfolio, make it theirs and run it from first idea to full house.

Role overviewOver this 6-month contract, you'll take the wheel on a portfolio that will run to around 50 conferences in 2027 across Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Singapore, US and our new push into Europe.
Day to day, you'll:
Spot the themes senior tech leaders are actually prioritising, before everyone else doesPressure-test those themes against the real marketBuild agendas that are commercially sharp and genuinely useful to the roomLand credible, senior speakers who bring stories worth showing up forRun a speaker process that's tight, professional and never scramblesSit with sponsors directly and deliver on what was promisedOwn your timelines, your content quality, your portfolio's performanceTeam up with marketing and sales to get the right people in the roomShow up onsite, hands-on, and keep raising the bar on the experience
You'll report to our Head of Production, but the vision for your programs is yours to execute.
