POSITION: 1 Trade qualified and reliable Carpenter with minimum of 2 years experience.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

SALARY:$ 79,500.00-$80,000.00 per year (depending on skills and experience)

A1 Queensland Possums operating for over 30 years and remain actively doing property maintenance and tree services.As my business continues to grow,I plan to further expand into carpentry services,as many of my long-term clients have requested assistance with renovations,fencing,repairs and other carpentry-related work on their properties.I am committed to meeting my clients' needs while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship,safety and professionalism.My clients include commercial businesses,educational institutions and residential property owners.I am seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join my business on a full-time basis.

POSITION SUMMARY:

I am seeking an experienced,skilled and reliable Carpenter.The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing,installing,repairing and maintaining structures and fixtures made from wood,steel and other materials.This role requires strong craftsmanship,attention to detail and the ability to work safely and effeciently on a variety of carpentry-related work projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Measure,cut,shape and assemble wood,metal and other construction materials.

-Install doors,windows,flooring,framing,roofing and other structural components.

-Repair and maintain existing structures and fixtures.

-Operate and maintain hand tools,power tools and woodworking machinery safely.

-Maintain a clean,organized and safe work environment.

-Ensure all work complies with Australian building standards and workplace health and safety requirements.

-Ability to work independently.

-Perform other carpentry-related duties as assigned.

-No smoking,consumption of alcoholic beverages or use of prohibited drugs is permitted while on the job site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Certificate III in Carpentry

-Qualified Carpenter or Experienced Tradeperson.

-Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipments.

-With Driver's Licence.

-Own Tools Preferred.

-Reliable and Professional Attitude.

-Good Physical condition and stamina.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to work at various locations as required.

-Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.

-Willingness to work in different weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.

-Relevant Certifications (Apprenticeship is a plus).
