An exciting opportunity is coming to Raby!

We are preparing to open a brand-new Early Education and Care Centre and are looking for passionate, motivated and enthusiastic educators and team members to join us from the beginning.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• 2IC / Assistant Director
• Room Leaders
• Centre Cook

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new centre from day one, help establish a positive workplace culture and create beautiful learning environments where children, families and educators feel welcomed, supported and valued.

2IC / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

We are looking for an experienced and confident early childhood professional who can support the Centre Director with the day-to-day operations of the service, mentor educators and help build a strong and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
• Previous leadership experience within an early childhood service
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for supporting educators, children and families

ROOM LEADERS

We are looking for passionate Room Leaders who are ready to take ownership of their learning environment and inspire their team.

You will:
• Lead and mentor educators within your room
• Develop meaningful educational programs and experiences
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Support children's individual development, interests and wellbeing
• Contribute to a positive and supportive centre culture

Applicants should hold or be working towards an approved Diploma or Early Childhood qualification, depending on the position.

CENTRE COOK

We are also looking for a caring and organised Centre Cook who loves preparing fresh, nutritious and delicious meals for children.

Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
• Creating nutritious and child-friendly meals
• Catering for allergies, dietary requirements and cultural preferences
• Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards
• Managing kitchen supplies, ordering and stock rotation
• Working collaboratively with educators and management

Experience cooking within an early childhood setting is highly regarded.
