Warehouse Support Officer / Click & Collect - Cairns

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Support Officer – Click & Collect to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor and supporting the broader Branch and Warehouse Team, this role will be primarily responsible for delivering an exceptional Click & Collect experience for our customers, while also providing warehouse administrative support and assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

You will be a key point of contact for Click & Collect customers, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, managed and ready for collection within required timeframes. You will also provide valuable administrative support across the warehouse, assisting with orders, deliveries, stock movements and customer enquiries.

This is a part-time role within a supportive team environment, with a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, accuracy and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver an exceptional and friendly Click & Collect experience, including processing, picking, packing and coordinating customer collections

• Contact customers regarding collections, deliveries, returns and reorders, ensuring all orders are managed within required timeframes

• Maintain Click & Collect areas and warehouse work areas to a clean, organised and safe standard

• Provide warehouse administration support, including order entry, invoicing, stock receipts, credit notes, manifests, delivery paperwork and transport bookings

• Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Drivers and Transport Companies to resolve queries and coordinate deliveries

• Assist with stocktakes, stock movements, picking, packing and general warehouse duties as required

• Identify opportunities to support sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail, warehouse or customer service role

• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience using EFTPOS and PRONTO or a similar ERP system

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

• Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties, including picking and packing
